How to Apply
Basic Requirement:
Completion of or the equivalent of a four-year bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

- A photocopy of your valid passport
- A copy of application fees receipt or transfer record

- Financial affidavit
- One photocopy of the certificate or diploma of the highest degree obtained abroad, notarized by an overseas representative office of the R.O.C.
- One original transcript of the highest degree obtained in foreign countries, authenticated by an overseas representative office of the R.O.C.
- Study plan
- Letter of recommendation
- English proficiency certificate (CEFR B1 or above)
- Other assigned documents from the Department
- Other information form
- Soochow University privacy statement
- Checklist and declaration for international applicants undertaking studies in Taiwan
